When did you start at UHart?
I started as a student in August 2015 and graduated in May of 2019. I then returned as a staff member in November 2022.

What is your favorite part about working at UHart?
This university has always brought out an energy in me. My favorite part about returning is seeing that energy again and being able to bond/create that same feeling with other alumni. The alumni put such a special zest on my education while at the university, and my hope is to find other alumni that can be a great resource in giving mentorship and opportunities to the current students.

What do you enjoy most about working in higher education?
I enjoy forming connections with alumni and hearing stories of their version of campus. A college campus is so dynamic in the sense that the way life was, the people who influenced each class, the trends that occurred on campus; they’re all so different in one way and yet so slimier in another. Getting to learn from past alumni while watching that continue on campus is amazing.

What is your favorite part about working at UHart?
The best part about working at UHart is how friendly everyone on the team is. Everyone I've met has been open to help out with with anything. Everyone also seems to be very passionate about the work they do.

What do you enjoy most about working in higher education?
I enjoy learning how everything works on the back end of higher education and how everything comes together so the students have the best experience possible.

What is your favorite part about working at UHart?
It's a very welcoming environment, people are willing to help and answer any question you have. 

If you could tell UHart alumni one thing, what would it be?
It's never too late to do something, whether that's to come visit, going to an event or reaching out about a new achievement in life. Everyone is here and ready to support in any way possible.

What is your favorite part about working at UHart so far?
My favorite part about working here is the community! Everyone has been so supportive and welcoming. I appreciate the kindness from colleagues.

What do you enjoy most about working in higher education?
I enjoy working in higher ed because it allows me to pay forward the experience I had as an undergraduate student. I love being a resource for others and seeing the growth in students. Working with alumni, I am able to see that continuous growth beyond the campus and ensure they stay connected with their alma mater.

I love the energy on campus and the opportunities students have to pursue their passion, connect with one another, and become amazing members of our alumni community.

If you could tell UHart alumni one thing, what would it be?
As you see the new buildings, programs and students that fill our campus each year I hope you remember that this is a part of your legacy and that you’ll want to stay connected and engaged with us as we shape the future UHart experience for generations to come.
