Dr. Nicklin teaches classes in the areas of research design and statistics at the graduate and undergraduate levels and topics in organizational psychology, such as psychology applied to the workplace (PSY253) and workplace motivation (PSY 500). She also advises graduate students in the MSOP program and undergraduate psychology majors. Her research interests include organizational justice, workplace motivation, the work-family interface, and issues surrounding the use of letters of recommendation for selection. Specifically, she has been focusing on models of overall justice and how counterfactual thinking influences fairness perceptions. |
