Dr. Segool is interested in the presentation and impact of anxiety disorders on school-aged children. In particular, she has conducted research on the relationship between test anxiety and test performance on high-stakes educational assessments. She is also more broadly interested in the development and adaptation of evidence-based treatments for emotional and behavioral disorders in school-based settings and in ways to increase children’s access to mental health care through school and pediatric settings. |
