A blizzard warning goes into effect for our area this evening. The University will close at 3 p.m. today and will be closed all day on Tuesday, Jan. 27. Classes starting at 2:30 p.m. or later today will not meet. All day and evening classes tomorrow are canceled. An updated advisory on the status of classes and operations for Wednesday will be posted Tuesday evening. Thank you for your interest in the Master's in Clinical Practices program at the University of Hartford. The Clinical Practices in Psychology program is a full-time program, with a two-year sequence of course work and practicum experiences, leading to the Master of Arts.
The mission of the Clinical Practices Masters Program is to develop clinical psychologists who are competent in all aspects of psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and clinical research. Our further goal is to provide students with the ability to assess new developments in our discipline and to utilize new discoveries for the benefit of their clients and to generate positive changes in our culture.
