TUTORING

Hillyer students are welcome to use the Academic Strategies Center to read, study, use the computers, or seek assistance.

Student tutors and professional staff are available during Academic Strategy hours to work with individual students and study groups. Students may seek help in a specific course or with writing papers, managing time, reading assignments, preparing for exams, taking notes, or researching. Students may sign up for an appointment in advance or simply drop in during open hours. Notebooks from a variety of courses (Western Civilization, Psychology, Sociology, Math, Biology, Philosophy) are also available in the Academic Strategies Center. All computers are connected to the internet and a printer.
