Letters to the Editor

I wanted to write to you and tell you about a couple of things. I am the president of the Pre-'57 Alumni committee. This is a committee of alumni who graduated from schools that were in existence prior to the founding of the University.

This committee has planned a variety of successful events over the past nine years. Most recently, Hartt's production of Kiss Me Kate last spring was a huge success for our group. We had more than 120 alumni, spouses, and guests enjoy the performance. If you are interested in joining us at our next event, please contact the Alumni Office. They would be most willing to send you information on the event.

I would be remiss if I did not mention that the Pre-'57 Alumni group worked closely with Linda Leslie '99, who previously worked in the Alumni Office. She left the office last spring after 10 years of service to the University. She was a great asset to our group and the University. Thanks, Linda, for working with us on our projects and activities.

I hope all will take advantage of the variety of events sponsored by the Alumni Office.

Sincerely,
Manny Adler '52
