JUSTINE M. LAPORTE (HILLYER FOUNDING), a former regent of the University, and her husband, William F. LaPorte, a former UofH faculty member, have moved to Longleaf Country Club in Southern Pines, N.C. Justine represented the University as a delegate at the inauguration of Laura Carpenter Bingham as president of Peace College in Raleigh, N.C., on the same day that Walter Harrison was inaugurated as UofH president, April 25, 1999.
