Lauren Cook, Program Director of Cinema, teaches all aspects of film production, including animation, documentary, narrative, and creating video games. Her films have received a number of awards and have screened internationally. Go

Dr. Comeforo is known for her down to earth, practical teaching style, which engages students through current events and hands-on learning. She enjoys teaching courses in Advertising Strategy, Digital & Social Media, traditional Media Planning, and Branding.  Go

Professor Duran's research focuses on social communication competence, technology (e.g., cell phones, text messaging) and interpersonal relationships, media portrayals of relational issues (e.g., popular magazines, reality TV), and teacher-student interaction.  Go

He is interested in communication issues related to ethnopolitical conflict with particular emphasis on conflict resolution, intractable conflicts, intercultural communication, and democracy. Go

Susan Grantham teaches public relations courses at the graduate and undergraduate level including introduction to public relations, public relations cases and public relations campaigns; and serves as Director of the Communication Graduate Program.  Go

Margo Greenlaw teaches filmmaking courses and Introduction to Film. Her films and videos blend documentary with experimental and narrative forms and have screened at festivals throughout North America and the UK. Go

Randy Jacobs teaches courses in advertising, integrated communication, and mass media. Dr. Jacobs has advised district-winning student teams in the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition.  Go

A behind-the-scenes activist and administrator, Dr. Siegel has been on the board of directors of the American Civil Liberties Union for decades, and is a member of the executive council of the Text and Academic Authors Association.  Go
