Dr. Neese has worked in private practice in Manchester, Connecticut for 13 years, where she has specialized in the treatment of adolescents and young adults, eating disorders, and health related issues. In 2008 she took a two year sabbatical from her practice to work with active duty military service members and their families in Landstuhl, Germany. Much of this work focused on the impact of deployment on families and reintegration issues following deployment. Dr. Neese is excited about her position as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Hartford. She will be teaching graduate level classes in psychotherapy and clinical issues.

Within the field of clinical psychology, Dr. Neese has interests in eating disorders, health psychology, the impact of technology on social anxiety, and reintegration issues for military service members following deployment.
