As a clinical psychologist, Dawn Neese has worked in private practice in Manchester, Connecticut for 14 years, where she has specialized in the treatment of adolescents and young adults, eating disorders, and health related issues. In 2008 she took a two year sabbatical from her practice to work with active duty military service members and their families in Landstuhl, Germany. Much of this work focused on the impact of deployment on families and reintegration issues following deployment. Dr. Neese primarily teaches classes in psychotherapy and clinical issues in the Masters of Clinical Practices program. In addition, she is interested in conducting research on the impact of technology on social anxiety.
