Dr. Nicklin is the Director for the Online Masters Program in Organizational Psychology and teaches classes in research design and statistics at the graduate and undergraduate levels, as well as psychology applied to the workplace (PSY253), workplace motivation (PSY 545), motivation and emotion (PSY 425), and first year seminars (FYS 100). She also advises graduate students in the MSOP program, undergraduate psychology majors, and she is actively involved in the Summer Bridge Program. Dr. Nicklin is currently a co-advisor for Sigma Alpha Pi (SAP), The National Honor Society for Leadership and Success. Her research interests include organizational justice, workplace motivation, the work-family interface, and positive psychology applied to work. She has recently been focusing on how self-compassion and mindfulness impact work-life balance.
