Frequently Asked Questions about the Master of Science in Organizational Psychology Program

  1. I have a full-time job. Can I take classes at night?

    All classes are offered after 5 p.m., once a week.
  2. I plan to attend as a part-time student, how long will it take to complete this program?

    Taking two courses each semester, you can complete the program in four years. With summer and Winterterm courses, it will be even faster.
  3. Is GRE required?

    No. GRE scores are not required.
  4. I was not a psychology major in college. Can I still apply?


  5. I have taken some graduate courses already. Can I transfer them?

    With the Graduate Director's approval, you can transfer up to two courses.

  6. Can I complete this graduate program online?

    Online courses are available, but all core courses are offered on campus for the on-ground MSOP program.

  7. Is an internship required?

    Internships are optional. Many students opt for a Capstone project instead.
  8. What is the typical class size?

    A typical graduate seminar has 15 students.

  9. Can I take any graduate classes before applying?
