Please join us for a day of hands-on workshops in the art of cut paper installation-building on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
Artist Anne Cubberly will lead attendees in the exciting and dynamic act of building a group installation of cut paper forms which will remain installed in the Hartford Art School's Silpe Gallery at the University of Hartford until the end of the month.
Come and be a part of this unique project, inspired by the work in Somewhere Between Creation and Destruction, the cut paper exhibition in the Joseloff Gallery Sept. 9 through Oct. 26.
Workshops will be held at 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. The final workshop will be followed by a private, after-hours viewing of the exhibition in the Joseloff Gallery.
All tools and materials will be provided. Sharp knives and pins will be used, so we ask that all attendees be over the age of 15.
This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited and registration is required.
