You will find information about various categories and numbers of students, faculty and staff for various time periods and in a variety of tables, reports or charts. The Higher Education Equal Opportunity Act and other legislation requires some of the reporting to be available in a public venue, and some information is posted here because you have asked for it frequently over the years. You will not find nor receive information containing names, student IDs, Social Security numbers or any other identifying information on this website or from this office. The Department of Institutional Research does not give out phone numbers or addresses either. We value our community’s right to privacy.
The Fact Book is published in the fall and spring containing analytical reports of institutional data such as census enrollment, geographic distribution of students, full-time faculty by gender and many other reports, charts and graphs. All documents on the IR Website are in Printable PDF format.
