Alpha Lambda Delta, founded in 1924, celebrates academic excellence during a student's first year at college. Students must be registered for a full course of study for a bachelor's degree, have a GPA of 3.5+, and rank in the top 20% of their freshman class.
Eligible students will be invited to join this honor society during the fall of their sophomore year. The faculty sponsor is Dr. Laurel Clark Shire, 860.768.4332, clark@hartford.edu.
