If we receive your enrollment deposit forms and payment by the dates below we will guarantee your housing any offer of Scholarship and your place in the incoming class.
Login to our online deposit system with your personal login ID. Your ID was previously emailed to you. You will also need your PIN # which is your Date of Birth (MMDDYY). If you have difficulty logging in or do not have your PIN, DO NOT create a new account. Email International Admission or call 860.768.4981 to request your login details.
Under Payment Processing, choose “Click here to make your deposit now”.
1) Review your Application Information & choose “Continue”.
2) Review and agree to paying the non-refundable tuition deposit
3) Enter your emergency contact information & choose “Continue”
4) Review the housing deposit information & choose “Continue”
5) Check off whether you will attend the University’s orientation and enter any special dietary restrictions or mobility needs you have & choose “Continue”
6) Proceed to the payment page and enter your credit card details.
**If you will be sponsored by SACM, the Kuwait Cultural Division or The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates OR you will be studying at the University of Hartford as a visiting or exchange student, DO NOT make your deposit online. Please see the instructions below on how to submit your Admission Enrollment Forms.

Download our Admission Enrollment Forms. Please type or print legibly, fill out completely, and mail to the University of Hartford. If paying be check, make the check payable to the University of Hartford, include your name and University of Hartford ID on the check, and staple it to the Admission Deposit Form. Forms submitted without proper payment will not be processed nor considered to have met the deadline.
You are not required to make your deposit payment. Instead, you are required to submit your scholarship letter from SACM, the Kuwait Cultural Division or The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates . We will use your scholarship letter as your deposit payment. Please submit the Admission Enrollment Form to confirm your enrollment, personal information and attendance at orientation.

Would you like us to greet you at Bradley International Airport (BDL) or Union Station, Hartford CT (Train or Bus) on our scheduled arrival day, Saturday, January 21? Or would you like us to arrange free temporary housing for you on-campus from January 21 - January 24? Submit the Arrival Greeting Request by January 5; otherwise, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements to campus and arrange your own housing for orientation.
You will not be permitted to register for your classes until your health forms are received by the Health Services Office.
Health Forms must be returned before your arrival to the University.
