Boston Young Alumni Charity Boat Cruise

Departs from port at 8 pm
Commonwealth pier in Boston
 Join young alumni from over 20 sponsoring institutions for a chartered cruise. : All proceeds from the event will be donated to AFC MENTORING.ORG.

Connecticut's Honor Flight
Honor Flight is part of the American Warrior Project whose Connecticut branch is headed by alumnus Christopher Coutu M'03. The goal is to fly 100 CT veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the WWII memorial.

If you are a veteran and would like to take part, would like to serve as a guardian on the flight, or live in the D.C. area and would like to volunteer, please contact Kandyce Aust at 860.768.2409 or aust@hartford.edu.

Homecoming 2007 - October 19-21
Join us as we celebrate the University's 50th anniversary. The Homecoming Committee is putting the final touches on the event calendar, look for details shortly!
Mount Sinai School Toy Drive
The Alumni Association is currently accepting donations of small toys to benefit the children at the Mount Sinai Inpatient School Program. The goal of the program is to create a therapeutic milieu in which patients and families learn, grow, and care. The patients are children and adolescents, ages 4 to 19.

Examples of appropriate toys are coloring books, crayons, small cars, etc.
All donations may be dropped off at the Alumni House, 312 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT. Contact Kandyce Aust at alumni@hartford.edu or 860.768.2409 with any questions.
