University Bulletin

The University Bulletin contains detailed information on:

  1. University policies, procedures, and special programs;
  2. the academic requirements for each degree program, and;
  3. course descriptions for most courses taught at the University of Hartford.

General information that pertains to the University as a whole is covered first, followed by separate sections for each school or college with their degree requirements and course descriptions.

The undergraduate and graduate bulletins are updated yearly by the University of Hartford. You can consider the bulletin as a contract between the student and the University, in which all matters pertaining to being a student at the University are spelled out.

IMPORTANT: Since degree requirements change periodically, you should print out information on degree requirements from the bulletin in effect when you were admitted to a degree program at the University of Hartford. You will be evaluated for graduation against the program as stipulated in the bulletin at the time of your matriculation. You will not be responsible for satisfying requirements added after your matriculation, provided you have had continuous registration since admission.
