Cap and Gown

Instructions for Late Orders of Cap and Gown, Effective 5/1/15

Students eligible to participate* in either the Graduate Commencement Ceremony on May 16 or Undergraduate Commencement on May 17 who have not ordered their cap and gown must e-mail their request to  In your e-mail, include your full name, ID#, school or college, and degree. Once your email is received, you will be placed on our late cap-and-gown list and will need to mention upon picking up your cap and gown that you were placed on the late list. Cap-and-gown distribution times are listed on the graduate and undergraduate ceremony information pages.

* IMPORTANT: To be eligible to participate in Commencement exercises, you must have previously filed a degree application with your school or college evaluator. If you have not done such, contact your college evaluator immediately.
