Susan Coleman, professor of finance, Barney, recently presented a paper coauthored with Carmen Cotei, associate professor of finance, Barney, and Joseph Farhat, associate professor of finance at Central Connecticut State University, at the annual conference of the Academy of Management in San Antonio, Tex. The title of the paper was "New Firm Survival and Exit through M&A: A Duration Analysis."
