Barney professors Eugene Kim and Michael Bzullak, along with Professor Kijoo Kim of Konyang University in South Korea, have published an article in the International Journal of Educational Management entitled, “A survey of internship programs for management undergraduates in AACSB-accredited institutions.”
A total of 473 institutions were surveyed via the internet. A description of a well-established internship program was also provided and students in this program were surveyed for their feedback. Based on the data gathered and analyzed, this paper provides some guidelines for universities who want to establish an internship program or improve their current program. Read the abstract.
