Dr. Mohammad Jabir of Al Nahrain University in Baghdad, Iraq visited the University of Hartford March 6, 2012 to discuss potential international partnerships. He was accompanied by Dr. Awatef Gacem of Neurotech Analytical Instruments in Berlin, CT. Meetings were held with university administrators and faculty of CETA and A&S.
