You will also receive information on top grantor resources and the best ways to produce a winning grant proposal.

An expert in the fields of Enterprise Development and Youth Entrepreneurship, Elaine has a long and impressive career fueling her expertise in business plan foundation, grant proposals, budgeting & training, and government policy.
She has been the Director of the City of Hartford's Small & Minority Business Program, the Executive Director of The Connecticut Minority Business Development Center, worked with the Council on Economic Competitiveness & Technology Inner City Business Strategy Youth Entrepreneurship Program, and has owned her own business.
