Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Recognize It, Deal with It, Prevent It

This seminar, designed to provide an understanding of what types of conduct may constitute sexual harassment and how to detect and respond to such conduct, satisfies the sexual harassment prevention training requirements for supervisors and managers under Connecticut law and will provide you with:

  • A basic knowledge of the federal and state statutory and regulatory provisions prohibiting sexual harassment and retaliation
  • Interactive case examples of harassment and retaliation to help you effectively deal with such claims internally under your employer’s anti-harassment policy and complaint procedures.
