Team work and team building are popular topics in today’s organizations as successful teams are catalysts for effectively completing projects and for the accomplishment of strategic goals.  People in every workplace talk about building a team and working as a team but few understand how to create the experience of team work or how to build an effective team.

In this seminar, you will learn about the characteristics and components of a successful team and will understand the stages involved in team development.  Strategies for selecting participants and allocating roles, techniques for training team members on how to work well together, strategies for setting goals and objectives, and ways to recognize/resolve potential problems on teams will be discussed.

About the Institute for Leadership & Talent Development:

We train high-potential employees and new to mid-level managers & supervisors from a variety of fields including corporations and small to mid-size businesses, non-profits, government agencies, school systems, and more.
