Effective Jan. 1, 2006, as a United Healthcare POS or HMO participant, you and your family are eligible to receive the benefits of the United Wellness Program. This program can provide you with access to several important resources aimed to help improve your total health and well-being. United Wellness features both on-site and on-line wellness programs and services including, but not limited to, the following:

• Discounts for vision and dental care
• Discounts for chiropractic care, acupuncture, natural medicine and massage therapy
• Wellness programs, including fitness center discounts
