Recycle Your Used Toner Cartridges Through Alpha Phi Omega
This is the latest in a regular series of updates about environmental and sustainability issues at the University of Hartford.
What do you do with used toner cartridges? Recycle them, of course!
The Alpha Phi Omega (APO) chapter here on campus makes it easy. If you have used toner cartridges that don’t come with return labels, Alpha Phi Omega will gladly take them off your hands and recycle them. APO can accept original equipment manufacturer (OEM) printer and toner cartridges, including HP, Apple and Lexmark. (They cannot accept previously recycled cartridges.)
Drop them off in Dana 220 or, for small cartridges, send them to Professor Jim McDonald in Dana 220 via intercampus mail. For large donations, contact APO and they will arrange a pick-up. It's that easy.
APO is a national, co-ed service fraternity. For pick-up or to answer your questions, contact the APO chapter on campus at firstname.lastname@example.org.
