Coming Soon: New Stationery, Business Cards

The following is a memo to faculty and staff from Director of Purchasing Dennis Gacioch:
As you may know, the Office of Communication has led a task force to develop a new visual identity for the University of Hartford. That task is nearing completion. As part of this process we have selected a new stationery vendor that can partner with the university and has the capability to produce our new visual identity according to specific guidelines. The development of a new website, manual, and procedures for ordering stationery should take approximately 60 days. Our target dates for implementation of the new stationery system are:
Mid-January – Conduct training classes on the new procedures for ordering stationery, envelopes, and business cards.
February – Full implementation of the ability to order only the new stationery, envelopes, and business cards.
If it is feasible, we suggest that you delay purchasing any stationery, envelopes, or business cards until mid to late January, when the new items can be ordered.
We will keep you updated on our progress so that you can better plan your stationery requirements.
