Toys for Tots Drive

The Society of Accounting Students is sponsoring a campus-wide Toys for Tots drive from Monday, Dec. 5 through Friday, Dec. 9.
Organizers are collecting donations of new, non-wrapped toys for children who are 12-14 years old. Appropriate items for this age group may include such things as walkmans, CD players, and games. Cash and gift cards are not being accepted for this drive.
“It puts a smile on my face just to know that those who donate are assuring that a child does have something to open on Christmas Day,” said Michael Whitbeck, coordinator of the drive.
Drop-off locations will be available at Mortensen Library, the Copy Shoppe in Hillyer, the Barney Accounting Department office in Auerbach 406, and the Center for Community Service in GSU 209.
