Apartments |
There
are three separate apartment areas on campus, each designed
for different groups of students.
Regents
Park is the Freshman/Sophomore apartment complex on campus.
It is a three-story building complete with elevator, laundry
facilities, study lounges, and more.
Each
apartment accommodates four students, with a utility kitchen
(including sink and cabinets), living room area with furniture,
and bedrooms with desks, desk chairs, beds, and closets. Park
River Apartments is the newest residential facility at the
University of Hartford.
Park
River is a four story building complete with elevator, laundry
facilities, music practice rooms, a pool table, study lounges,
and more.
Each
apartment accommodates four upper-class students, with a full
kitchen (including dishwasher, stove, sink, cabinet space,
and a full-height fridge), living room area with furniture,
and bedrooms with desks, desk chairs, beds, and closets. Each
apartment is also air conditioned.
The
Village Apartments are set up in seven quads. Each quad consists
of first-floor and second-floor 4- or 6-person apartments
opening out onto a common courtyard, in a townhouse-style
format.
Each
apartment has up to two bathrooms, and ample full kitchen
and living room space.
