How long will it take to answer my request?
Priority/emergency requests are addressed the same day that they are brought to our attention. In most cases, someone will be dispatched to your location immediately, 24 hours a day. Most routine requests are addressed within seven calendar days. In the case of cleanups, light bulb replacement, clogged drains, and other non-emergency but urgent routine issues, requests are usually handled within 24 hours.
Can I get my bed/desk height adjusted?
We are not adjusting furniture at this time, so the level at which the bed or desk is set to is where it will stay. Residents are not allowed to make any adjustments themselves due the risk of possible damage to the furniture or injury to the student.
During what hours can I get my card encoded by the Lock Shop?
The Lock Shop is available for card encoding Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. –12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.

No, neither the on- nor off-campus shuttles run when classes are cancelled or when the University is closed.
I was charged for work that Facilities did in my room/apartment. How can I find out more information about these charges?
Facilities generates bills and passes them on to the Office of Residential Life for any work that was necessary due to vandalism and/or misconduct. We also bill for work requests that are beyond the scope of normal repair or replacement. All associated charges are the responsibility of the individual(s) found responsible or those living in the listed location. Any appeals or requests for additional information must go through Residential Life via your Resident Director.
Is Regents Park a temporary building?
You may have heard rumors that Regents Park is a temporary building, but it is not. In fact, it has been in use since 1988.
I live in the Village and it's nice out. Can I bring my furniture outside?
Personal furniture can be outside until 9 p.m. (as long as it's not blocking a door) but University furniture can never be brought outside.
