Pre-Ballet classes introduces students to the basic terminology and structure of ballet. They develop a sense of body awareness and coordination.

Students then progress Primary Ballet, where they enlarge their ballet terminology and are introduced to the basic positions of ballet training.

Secondary Ballet introduces students to the structure of the traditional ballet lesson, including barre and centre practice. Students work on developing proper alignment, placement, and turnout.
