Carol Roderick, Chair of Dance and Artistic Director


Carol Roderick received her formal pedagogical training with the late Jürgen Schneider (Bolshoi Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, American Ballet Theatre) and Gabriela Komleva (Kirov/Mariinski Ballet). She has taught, coached, and trained teachers for professional companies, universities, and prestigious schools in the United States, Canada, Japan, and Europe. She is known as a meticulous, skilled, and inspirational teacher.  Read MorePrograms: ballet

Jillian Cote, Assistant to the Chair of Dance

Cristin Cawley-Gill


Cristin Cawley-Gill holds a BFA, cum laude, from the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase. Sandra Even

Julianne Guarnieri received her early dance training at the Educational Center for the Arts. Jill Henderson

Libby Nye


Libby Nye, a graduate of the Juilliard School, has been a soloist and principal dancer with many companies including the Jose Limon Company and The American Dance Theater at Lincoln Center. Henry Seth Jr.


Henry Seth Jr. began his ballet training at the age of 10 with the School of the Hartford Ballet. He attended the School of American Ballet (SAB), the official school of the New York City Ballet (NYCB). Robyne Watkin


Robyne Watkin received her formal training at the The Royal Academy of Dance in her native Johannesburg South Africa, graduating with honors and her teaching certification. Throughout her fifteen year tenure with the Hartford Ballet Company, Watkin performed major roles in the full-length classics and contemporary works by major choreographers and held the positions of Ballet Mistress and Principal Company Teacher and was Co-Director of Hartford Ballet Chamber Company.  Read MorePrograms: ballet

Darlene Zoller


Darlene Zoller studied dance at Point Park College and trained at Luigi's, DC Danceworks, and the Tidewater Ballet. She is the cofounder and co-artistic director of Playhouse on Park.
