Creative Studies Day

Creative Studies Day celebrates the achievements of students in our various programs including Musicianship, Composition group classes and private lessons, and the Rock, Roots, and Jazz ensembles. This event is held annually near the end of the school year and features student presentations and performances as well as group activities led by Creatives Studies faculty members.

All HCD students and family members are invited to attend this fun-filled day. Attendees are welcome to stop by for part of the event or to bring a bag lunch and stay for the day! Instruments may be helpful for some activities, so attendees are encouraged to bring theirs.

The 2018 Creative Studies Day will be held on May 19. A detailed schedule of activities will be available in the spring. Please contact the Creative Studies Department Chair Jessica Rudman ( with any questions.
