ID cards are issued on request for Community Division students for use at the Allen Music Library and for discounts on tickets to Hartt events. Students are generally eligible to one free ticket to most Hartt events.

I registered for HCD activities for the first time. When will I get my ID card?
You will receive your ID card in the mail around a month after your registration has been processed. For new dance students, cards will already be activated to access the café at the HPAC.
I lost my ID card! What do I do?
You will need to visit the ID card office in the Gengras Student Union on the University of Hartford campus to obtain a replacement ID card. There is a $15 fee for replacing your ID card.
I registered before this year and never received an ID card.
You may request a permanent card which you will receive in the mail about a month after your request. We can also provide you with a temporary card. The receptionist at any of our locations can give this to you.
My card doesn’t open the door to the café at the HPAC.
