- 98% of the Hillyer students go on to seek something greater than what we have to offer.
- While we confer an Associate of Arts degree at the end of their second year, nearly all of our students are focused upon the bachelor’s degree and beyond.
- 53% go into the liberal arts, 36% go into business, 10% go into education and human services and 1% go into art, music, engineering and other fields.

- 78% of our students decide to remain at the University of Hartford to finish their bachelors degree, while 22% will seek their BA or BS elsewhere.

- Our students tutor elementary school children through the Educational Mainstreet Program.
- A group of students and faculty were written up by the New York Times for giving up their spring break help in the effort to rebuild New Orleans.
