The University of Hartford’s Wellness Program is offered exclusively to regular full-time employees and qualified retirees. It provides membership incentives for those who use the Sports Center on a regular basis throughout the year. Incentives can include rebates which are pro-rated based on the number of workouts at the end of the fiscal year.
Participants will be provided an initial membership access card at the time of registration. The membership card must be presented/scanned each time you work out at the Sports Center. Once logged into the system, the employee is credited with one workout. One credit per day is allowed – there are no exceptions.
At the end of the fiscal year (June 30th), employees who have successfully completed their Wellness Program will have the following options:

Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Summer Hours
(mid-May to August)
Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Indoor Pool Hours
Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

- Donate the incentive (rebate) to the Sports Center, or
