Health Assessment

University employees who are members of a United Healthcare POS plan(s) have access to resources and tools that include a confidential Health Assessment. This free online Health Assessment can identify personal health needs, educate on healthy habits, and compare "lifestyle scores" to others of the same age and gender. Plus, it provides access to several health improvement resources and tracking tools.

This assessment is part of a confidential and voluntary program offered by United Healthcare that provides employees with important information on how to stay healthy. The Health Assessment will only take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete and the information provided is completely confidential. No one in HRD or anyone at the University of Hartford will have access to this information. Responses will be used solely for the purpose of providing employees with information and resources to enhance health.
