Wellness Cook-Off

Healthy Cook-Off Luau, Healthy Holiday Cook-Off, Healthy Super Bowl Cook-Off

 

Do you love healthy competition and good food?  Are you having a hard time coming up with new and different, healthy recipes?  As a Wellness Initiative, HRD is excited to announce a Healthy Cook-Off.

The Cook-Off will work as follows:

  1. The food must be healthy.
  2. The food must be prepared prior to the event.
  3. To enter into the Cook-Off, please contact Kathe Snow, HR Generalist and Wellness Advocate, at ext. 4668 or ksnow@hartford.edu.
    1. You can enter as an individual or as a team.

               If entering as a team, no more than three people per team.

         2.   Please submit an explanation of the food that you will be preparing as well as a 

              copy of the recipe to Kathe Snow by. 

Don’t like to cook?  This does not exclude you from participating in the Cook-Off.  Your help will be needed to taste the delicious, healthy food being prepared by the chefs.  Come to the Cook-Off and sample the food and let us know whose dish you think is the best!

The winner of the Cook-Off will receive a 3 month membership to Healthy Cooking magazine.
