Clinton Visit to Campus

William Jefferson Clinton became the first former or current U.S. President ever to visit the University of Hartford campus when he came to the University's Sports Center on Sunday Oct. 31, to rally about 2,000 Connecticut Democrats to go out and vote in the Nov. 2 mid-term elections. President Clinton spoke on behalf of then-gubernatorial candidate (and now Gov.-elect) Dan Malloy and then-U.S. senatorial candidate (and now U.S. Senator-elect) Richard Blumenthal.
