As many New Englanders are blaming global warming for the lack of winter weather, internationally known climate change skeptic Viscount Christopher Monckton will present his case that warnings about global warming have been overstated. Monckton will deliver his lecture, entitled “The Climate of Freedom,” on Friday, March 2, at 2:30 p.m. in United Technologies Hall, Room 320, at the University of Hartford, 200 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford. The lecture is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.
