1:00 PM | Body Usage and Ergonomics for Musicians: Increasing Performance Quality - Saturdays 1:00 - 2:30pm, sessions on 11/7, 11/21 and 12/12, plus a 30-minute private lesson, $75. By working with, instead of against, your body, you can improve your technique while decreasing your chance of injury. This three-class series will help you increase your awareness of how you use your body while playing, and assist you in deciphering what works and what doesn't.

2:00 PM | Up til dawn letter sending event - Up til dawn raises money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital where no family is turned away because of the inability to pay. We get together to send pre-written letters and after sending 35 letters are entered into a raffle. We celebrate with a finale event in the spring. |
