Cancellation Information

Please note the following information about canceling your housing application:

  • Housing is assigned for the full academic year.
  • If you decide to withdraw from the upcoming academic year housing agreement, please remember that the room-reservation deposit is non-refundable if applicable.   
  • Returning students must be registered for fall classes by the last day of the prior semester to retain their academic year housing assignment.
  • You must notify the Office of Residential Life in writing via email by July 1 if you need to withdraw from housing.

Housing Refund Schedule

Withdrawal prior to and within the first week of classes

100% Refundable

Withdrawal within the second week of classes

60% Refundable

Withdrawal within the third week of classes

40% Refundable

Withdrawal within the fourth week of classes

20% Refundable

Withdrawal after four weeks of classes

Non-refundable
