Room Change Process: for returning students Fall 2013

The Room Change process for students who selected a space during Housing Selection 2013 is now open and students who would like to request a room change to a new location will need to complete the form. This process will continue throughout the summer however, as we approach the fall 2013 opening, we will reach a point where the process to submit a request will be temporarily closed.

  • We expect to issue this freeze beginning August 15, 2013 through two weeks into the start of the semester.
  • Students will be assigned room changes based upon availability throughout the summer.

An email will be sent offering a room assignment in which the student will have 24-48 hours (as indicated in said email) to either accept or decline the offer. While the Office of Residential Life will do our best to meet the requests we receive, Room Change requests are not guaranteed.
