Register to Vote in Your Hometown

As a student you have the right to choose whether you would like to vote using your home address or your school address. Where you choose to vote will not affect your tuition, financial aid, taxes, or insurance. To learn more about your voting rights click here.

Option 1:

Register in person at one of our voter registration tables. Click here to check our calendar to find out when and where the next voter registration table will be on campus.

Option 2:

  • Register to vote in your hometown outside of Connecticut: Download and print the registration form and bring it to the Center for Community Service, GSU Room 209 during our office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Click here to download the registration form.
  • Register to vote in your hometown in Connecticut: Stop by the Center for Community Service, GSU Room 209 during our office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm to register in person.
