Nutrition and Fitness

Part of being a Healthy Hawk is fueling your body with nutrient dense foods and making sure you move every day. At the Health Education and Wellness Center, staff can provide education on how to eat well on campus, eating on a budget, healthy pantry, general nutritional guidelines, and diets for athletes. In addition, we provide information on where to work out on campus, the various fitness classes offered, and why movement is essential to optimum health is available.
