Undergraduate Commencement Advisory

The University of Hartford's Undergraduate Commencement main ceremony takes place as scheduled today beginning at 10 a.m. on the campus green. Graduates should report to line up no later than 9:30 a.m. Following the main ceremony, graduates and guests will proceed to separate sites on campus for diploma presentation ceremonies with the following change from the original schedule: the Hartford Art School will hold its ceremony in Gengras Student Union cafeteria while University Studies will move to Wilde Auditorium in the Harry Jack Gray Center. Welcome to the Student Centers Administration (SCA)!  Our mission is contribute to student and community development through managing a balanced mix of College Union Facilities, which includes: the E. Clayton Gengras Family Student Union, the Simon Konover Campus Center and the University Commons, Campus Life amenities and meeting/event services that actively responds to the University’s needs and enhances the value of a University of Hartford education. We strive to advance and emphasize the University’s commitment to community by having the Student Centers be the premier “Student-Centered Organization” of the University. 

The Student Centers Administration (SCA) offers facilities management of E. Clayton Gengras Family Student Union, Simon Konover Campus Center, and University Commons.  We provide on-campus event service support such as audio-visual services, event security, ticketing services, etc.

We are proud to be members of the Division of Student Affairs and are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. Our professional staff and student employees are dedicated to returning communication within 48 business hours, and we provide room scheduling confirmation in writing.
