With a severe winter storm forecast to affect our area during Saturday night and Sunday, residential students are asked to postpone their return to campus to Monday afternoon or, for those whose class schedules allow, Tuesday. Students, please do not arrive on campus Sunday, and check back here throughout the storm's duration for the latest advisories. Those students whose travel arrangements do not allow for a return to campus on Monday or Tuesday will be permitted to arrive during the day on Saturday and will be able to access their residential space by ID swipe. (Please note that meal plans go into effect with the Sunday evening meal.)

The Student Centers provides a full service operation including space scheduling, event planning/execution, facility usage and event resources and works with skilled University service departments and outside vendors to ensure the success of events and programs held on campus. Our Event Services takes an inclusive approach with customers while also maintaining the University’s primary objectives of education, research, and student development. Workshops are held biannually to provide University event planners a “how-to” guide on planning engaging and efficient events.
Our process assists in making sure requests and event information are received in a timely manner allowing better preparation, better time management, more efficient workload distribution, and cost savings in reduced overtime due to last minute requests. The Student Centers offers many types of venues - each with its own unique qualities. Our venues are ideal locations for your next meeting, conference or event. Student Centers Administration provides ticketing and event registration services to University departments and their affiliates as well as for the performing arts, lectures, student groups, concerts, cultural events and various special high profile events on the University campus.Read More
The Business and Scheduling Services Administrator and our space scheduling staff is responsible for maintaining the calendar of our spaces. The Administrator also serves as the event coordinator's representative to the Event Services Committee as needed. Requests to use space for internal clients begin with the space reservation form. Student Centers Production Services serves the production needs of the Student Centers and other areas of the University community. They provide sound, projection, lighting, and staging support to events on campus. Student Centers conference and event spaces provide built in audio/visual features and can also include added event resources to further enhance your event.
Campus housing for overnight events is available during the summer (late May – early August) while year round Catering Services are provided by ARAMARK Dining Services. Contact Conference Services for further information.

If you are a University affiliate, you will receive a email from our space reservation system that will mark your event "Tentative". This means your space is being held and is awaiting review.
