Learning Plus

Learning Plus provides academic support and services to students who have documented learning and/or attention disabilities. Eligible students are provided with a Letter of Disclosure, test accommodations, and classroom accommodations. First year students are provided with weekly one-on-one appointments with Learning Specialists who teach and reinforce specific learning strategies for time management, organization, college level reading, all steps of the writing process, effective note taking, test preparation and test taking, research, and self-advocacy. Sophomore students are eligible for one appointment every other week. Learning Plus offers a moderate level of academic support: It is not a comprehensive program. There is no fee required to access Learning Plus services/accommodations.
