The purpose of the University of Hartford Staff Council is to represent the rights, needs, interests, and goodwill of the non-union staff at the University of Hartford.
The Staff Council seeks to work collaboratively with other members of the University community to foster a greater sense of shared community. As advocate and contributor, the members of the Staff Council collaborate with their colleagues in the campus community to co-create a greater sense of shared purpose and respect. This commitment to our shared learning community at the University of Hartford serves to inform and guide our work.
The University of Hartford Staff Council serves as an advocate for University staff members. The Staff Council is committed to a culture of respect in an environment fostering professional success in accordance with the mission of the University of Hartford.
