With the coordinated efforts of Procurement and Facilities, we have developed a furniture standards program. By setting standards, we have been able to significantly reduce the cost of replacing furniture, ensure that ergonomics needs are met and provide practical, attractive furnishings throughout the campus. The standards program is structured to provide solutions that will suit the diverse types of work, play and living spaces of the University community.

All furniture purchases need to go through the Procurement Department. Furniture purchases over $5,000 require 3 quotes.
